AMC Special General Meeting

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING REMINDER
Only a few days to go before the upcoming AMC Special General Meeting to be held on
Wednesday 8th January, 2025 at 7.30pm AEST via Zoom.
As mentioned in the original email sent out to you on 18/12/24, the purpose of this meeting is to present and discuss the proposed updates to our Constitution, Objects and Code of Conduct.
These are essential for the continued growth and success of AMC and will help strengthen our community of celebrants.
Please take the time to review the updated Constitution, Objects and Code of Conduct which are now available and can be accessed her (add link). We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the changes, as your feedback and participation will be vital in shaping the future of AMC.
If you are unable to attend the Zoom meeting, we kindly ask that you submit your proxy vote or pre-vote form which can be accessed her (add link) by 6pm AEST Monday 6th January, 2025. This will allow your voice to be heard even if you cannot be present in person.
We value your membership and look forward to your involvement in this important process.
