Ash Reynolds is a multidisciplinary professional operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and human behaviour, bringing a unique and highly relevant perspective to the Australian Marriage Celebrant Awards judging panel. As Founder and Director of ABIA (the Australian Business Improvement Agency), Ash has spent nearly two decades designing systems, digital platforms, and operational frameworks that help organisations improve performance, connect with audiences, and deliver meaningful experiences.
His work spans government, enterprise, and creative industries, including collaborations with organisations such as the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Transport for NSW, and Woolworths, alongside extensive involvement in hospitality, events, news outlets and media. Ash is also the creator of advanced judging platforms, including DrinkMe, the world's leading beverage judging software, used in national and international programs, giving him deep insight into evaluation frameworks, fairness, and the translation of qualitative experiences into measurable standards.
Beyond technology and systems, Ash brings a strong understanding of communication, storytelling, and human connection, underpinned by academic study in commerce, communications, and behavioural science, including published research into the impact of imagery on the human mind.
Ash has been a celebrant for seven years and currently serves on the committee of the Australian Marriage Celebrants, contributing to the growth and professional development of the celebrancy community.
