    I have a couple who have been married twice before. After the brides last divorce she changed
    Her name. However, she is 72 years old and can’t remember if she changed it in NSW or Perth.
    Both service NSW and Perth are saying they have no record of the change of name . The only ID
    she has is in the new name. What do I do if I have no proof of her change of name.
    I can’t marry her using the old name as she has nothing for ID in that name
