AMC is a national association of practising celebrants. Its community supports professional development, shared learning, peer support and care for the people celebrants serve.
Making the work visible.
A ceremony is the visible part of a much larger job. Listening, writing, planning, guiding clients and supporting the profession all take skill and care.
The AMC Awards provide categories for that work across ceremony craft, brand, business, leadership and recognition.
Members and non-members can take part.
The awards welcome registered Australian marriage celebrants, subject to each category’s eligibility. AMC membership is not a general requirement to enter; some categories have specific member eligibility and current eligible members receive entry inclusions.
A clear basis for assessment.
Entries are assessed by a panel of AMC members and non-members using the assessment framework for each category. Category requirements and fictional example entries help you understand what to prepare and how to explain your contribution.
