I love being involved with Life Celebrations.  That’s why I became a Celebrant in 2009.

As a Registered Civil Celebrant, I am qualified to conduct all manner of Ceremonies, including Weddings, Funerals, Naming Ceremonies and Public Commitments.

Based on the lower North Shore of Sydney, I offer a reliable, organized and calming influence – coupled with the all-important element of Fun! I will listen to what you envisage for your Dream Ceremony. Your ideas, together with my expertise, will ensure that I will tailor a meaningful and special occasion to suit your individuality  – with the result that your Special Day meets all your expectations – and will have your guests raving about your Ceremony for a long time to come.

Amongst all other things….you need to choose a celebrant. It’s important to find someone who works well with you and your partner.

I’ve officiated marriages in a variety of scenarios from standing on edge of a cliff (it was blowing a gale that day), the dream fairytale weddings, intimate garden weddings, beach weddings, late night new year’s eve weddings, chapel weddings, elopements and more ……I love them all and rise to the challenges.

My PA system can be used to play music through and I can provide the signing table with chairs.

I have a Scottish accent, a mountain of patience and humour to help & support you on the day or with ideas for other things outside the ceremony.  I’m flexible and happy to incorporate different rituals, symbolisations and different cultures or religions.

I work hard to ensure your ceremony will be enjoyed by all!

My objective as your marriage celebrant is to not be memorable, but in the best way possible. The ceremony is supposed to be all about you! My job is to facilitate and present the ceremony, and hopefully make the planning and preparation easy. I am not one to hog the microphone and drone on for eternity.My inner circle would say that I am a little quirky and have a pretty dry sense of humour at times. They would also vouch that I am very organised person and I love a solid plan. So, expect to see me using a number of checklists, constantly writing notes, and triple checking the specifics with you. The details matter to me, and I pride myself on the fact that I often see the little things that are often overlooked.I am your wedding go-to person, the third wheel of your nuptials, your ceremony sidekick! I can’t wait to start working with you. Let’s do this!

I became a fully qualified and registered celebrant in July 2022 and am so pleased to have a busy 2023/24 . 2025 is shaping up to be busy, and I am excited that I will be able to bring so much more experience to those ceremonies.  Though I do wish more couple would take advantage of the calm of winter and choose to marry over those months. There are so many variations that a cooler temp can add to the wedding style.

Based in Tamworth , a great regional city, I am branching out to regional locations.
