My vast experience as an educator has given me skills in communicating and presenting with confidence and ease.I find that my sense of humour also helps to settle wedding party nerves and ease any tense situation that might crop up.I provide couples with ceremony ideas, readings and rituals that form the basis of their personally designed ceremony.I am also experienced in conducting funerals, commitment, baby naming and renewal of vows ceremonies.Please contact me for an obligation free talk.

My name is Amanda Sciara and I am a civil marriage celebrant in Sydney with a passion to help you create your dream wedding and I will guide you through the processes and planning to make your special day both memorable and unique to you both.  I will provide flexible and experienced options/ideas to meet your wishes, whether you are looking for a traditional or modern style ceremony or one that is more informal and relaxed, maybe on the beach, in a park or at a favourite venue, the choice is yours!

I have been a primary school teacher for 36 years, now I am conducting marriage ceremonies to those who I have taught!

I have been happily married for 36 years, a mother of 2 and a young grandparent of 3 beautiful babies.

I am a young 56 year old who is capable of anything I put my mind to. I have and will, dress up, work with animals, jump out of a plane… I have been the fun loving, cool and wacky teacher everyone loves and now I can show you the best way I know, to be a part of your ceremony!
