After a joyful year as an authorised-marriage celebrant at the Magistrates Courthouse in 2024, I’ve taken the leap into my own heartfelt venture—bringing couples together in a way that’s personal, relaxed, and truly memorable.
💖 My passion? Creating meaningful, joy-filled ceremonies that reflect your love story—whether it’s short ‘n’ sweet or a larger gathering, I aim to make my couples have the most magical day.

If you decide to book with me, I manage all your official wedding documents including the  Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), all you need to do is supply me your current legal identification.
To secure your special date and time into my calendar, I require a booking fee payment, and from this point on we begin planning your beautiful ceremony ❤️❤️
Remember lovebirds, we need to sign your NOIM and wait a required full 30 calendar days to have you legally married.

2. Where Hearts Meet package:

This package is for weekend or larger ceremonies at your chosen pre-booked council run location, or public spaces, or local venues in Townsville.

Townsville boasts many assorted venues across our beautiful city including; pubs, clubs, hotels, tea-houses, the list is truly endless. Clients may also discover the enchanting beauty of Townsville's stunning council managed spaces. Picture yourself exchanging vows surrounded by the vibrant blooms of Anderson Park in Mundingburra, or under the graceful canopies of Queens Gardens in North Ward. Imagine the serene backdrop of The Palmetum Botanic Gardens in Annandale, or the historical and scenic views at Anzac Memorial Park on The Strand. Have you thought about the tranquil waters of Riverside Gardens in Douglas, the breathtaking views of the Panorama Events Lawn on Castle Hill, or the pristine sands of our many beautiful beaches?

What about that hidden jewel Amaroo on Mandalay, Magnetic Island? We're truly blessed and spoilt for choice!

Mandatory: The happy couple 18+ and 2 witnesses 18+

A non-refundable booking fee of $300 is due on receiving your NOIM and secures your date and time into my calendar.

The listed booking fee above is included in the amount displayed below:

a) standard weekend or larger ceremony start from $650

This package includes:

- Initial consultation

- All administration

- I complete your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) for Births, Deaths, and Marriages (BDM)

- I supply a complimentary Decorative Ceremony certificate for your wedding day photos

- Arrange individual consent meetings (now legally required)

- The Happily, Ever…Before and After booklet containing important legal information

- One wedding date change (conditions apply)

- Plugged-in ceremony with all the ‘happily ever after’ feels

- Full rehearsal the day before your ceremony and pre-ceremony brief (if req)

- The signing table and two chairs (if req)

- Script writing assistance for personal vows (if req)

- I will happily collaborate with the sound crew, photographer, venue staff, your aunty or the videographer

I'm fully registered for online reporting directly to Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (RBDM). My clients are prompted by BDM for their legal marriage certificate, once the marriage documents have been received by the department. Clients have a choice of ordering one or maybe two certificates, either standard or commemorative, and those costs are between you the department.

📝 Note: prices under this package may alter depending on the following:

If I require overnight accommodation, flights, taxi, ferry, barge transfers, or If your ceremony day falls on a public holiday or special holiday date marked on an Australian calendar; however, school holidays are not affected by extra costs.

3. Timeless Country package at Cordelia Park

At Cordelia Park in Jensen, we are delighted to offer a designated space for couples to celebrate their romantic wedding ceremonies amidst the stunning, natural beauty of Queensland's rustic bushland. This private space features the majestic ancient Tamarind Tree, a remarkable centrepiece that has stood proudly since the early 1970's. Known for its resilience, Tamarind Trees can thrive in various climates for up to 200 years, making them a symbol of longevity, just like your marriage. In many cultures, this sacred tree embodies nourishment, respect, and authority, creating a truly meaningful setting for your vows.

Imagine saying "I do” alongside the graceful branches of our Tamarind Tree—an unforgettable backdrop for your special day.

We recommend hosting ceremonies at Cordelia Park during our winter months, from May to September. For weddings in the warmer and occasionally wet months, from October to April, the ideal times are sunrise or prior to 10am, as well as 4pm until just before sunset.

At Cordelia Park, you will have access to the Tamarind Tree paddock for 1 1/2 hours, allowing you ample time for your ceremony and to capture beautiful photographs with your guests.

For an extra touch of magic, you might even spot wild kangaroos gracefully bouncing by during the ceremony, adding an enchanting element to your wedding photos. Of course, this is not a guarantee as our native wildlife are not under our control.

At Cordelia Park, we encourage you to personalise the space to reflect your unique vision. Couples are welcome to bring their own confetti, rice, dried flower petals, candles, tiki-torches, or bubbles to enhance the ceremony atmosphere. I can also provide pricing for these extras, which can be included in your total package, or you may choose to supply your own and bring them along on rehearsal day, so we are ready.

If you wish to toast your nuptials, please bring your preferred champagne or beverage of choice. As I do not hold a liquor permit, all alcohol must be supplied by you.

Ceremonies at this location come with the Timeless Country package, which boasts loads of extras for my couples, making your day as stress free as possible.

- Guests are capped at 20 people, including (children from 3-17yrs) seating is provided

- Complementary bottles of water for all guest on ceremony day

- I will collaborate with the sound crew, photographer, your aunty, or the videographer

*💐 Extra added value included:

- A dressed Arbor,

- Ring the wedding bell mounted on a 5meter tower,

- A pony for your background photos (if req)

- Champagne glasses x20 (if req)

- Use of the immediate area for 1 1/2 hours

- Fur-babies on leashes under 20kg’s are most welcome

If clients have a specific request like a themed ceremony, or require a special cultural ritual, please let me know and I will attempt to assist you the best way I can.

Some extra considerations for your ceremony day, but not mandatory:

Clients might like to think about hiring the following vendors, which are welcome on site, so long as they are independently powered and fully staffed. Food and drink vendors, marquees, or port-a-loo's.

I perform Service at the following locations:

o Woongarra Crematorium, Julago, Townsville, Queensland, 4816

o White Dove Chapel in Hyde Park, Townsville, Queensland, 4812

o Independent venues, booked function rooms or public locations around Townsville

Mandatory: A $200 booking fee is required to secure the date and time of the service into my calendar. If you're using a local funeral home, they will take care of my costs within your funeral package, just ask for Celebrant Santina to perform the service and they will contact me directly.
