I’ve officiated marriages in a variety of scenarios from standing on edge of a cliff (it was blowing a gale that day), the dream fairytale weddings, intimate garden weddings, beach weddings, late night new year’s eve weddings, chapel weddings, elopements and more ……I love them all and rise to the challenges.

My PA system can be used to play music through and I can provide the signing table with chairs.

I have a Scottish accent, a mountain of patience and humour to help & support you on the day or with ideas for other things outside the ceremony.  I’m flexible and happy to incorporate different rituals, symbolisations and different cultures or religions.

I work hard to ensure your ceremony will be enjoyed by all!

Hi I’m Alan and I am a love-aholic and I believe love is for everyone!

I have been around the wedding industry for over 15 years whether that be
photographic stores, menswear or jewellery and I love the wedding industry – There is something about being around people in the happy bubble.

I offer fun and exciting wedding ceremonies custom to you. You could tell me you want to have your wedding in cave, in the bush or in a plane and I will be there to help make the ceremony a success!

I understand it can be a stressful time planning a wedding. So to make sure we are a good fit, I offer a no obligation meeting to make sure I am the celebrant for you.

I became a fully qualified and registered celebrant in July 2022 and am so pleased to have a busy 2023/24 . 2025 is shaping up to be busy, and I am excited that I will be able to bring so much more experience to those ceremonies.  Though I do wish more couple would take advantage of the calm of winter and choose to marry over those months. There are so many variations that a cooler temp can add to the wedding style.

Based in Tamworth , a great regional city, I am branching out to regional locations.

I have lots to offer you as a support for your ceremony.

I was employed for over 44 years being a ‘Service to the Public’.  I have now embarked on a new career where I can be a service to you.  I have undertaken many public speaking engagements for government & non-government agencies, various Rotary and other Service Clubs.
