I have been around the wedding industry for over 15 years whether that be
photographic stores, menswear or jewellery and I love the wedding industry – There is something about being around people in the happy bubble.

I offer fun and exciting wedding ceremonies custom to you. You could tell me you want to have your wedding in cave, in the bush or in a plane and I will be there to help make the ceremony a success!

I understand it can be a stressful time planning a wedding. So to make sure we are a good fit, I offer a no obligation meeting to make sure I am the celebrant for you.

Woohooooo you’re getting married!!!

Amongst all other things….you need to choose a celebrant. It’s important to find someone who works well with you and your partner.

I’ve officiated marriages in a variety of scenarios from standing on edge of a cliff (it was blowing a gale that day), the dream fairytale weddings, intimate garden weddings, beach weddings, late night new year’s eve weddings, chapel weddings, elopements and more ……I love them all and rise to the challenges.

My PA system can be used to play music through and I can provide the signing table with chairs.

I have a Scottish accent, a mountain of patience and humour to help & support you on the day or with ideas for other things outside the ceremony.  I’m flexible and happy to incorporate different rituals, symbolisations and different cultures or religions.

I work hard to ensure your ceremony will be enjoyed by all!

Hi, I’m Amy

I’m a marriage celebrant, a mum, a British Northerner who ended up calling Australia home, and someone who genuinely loves a good wedding.

I’m friendly, down to earth and definitely not the sort of celebrant who will stand there sounding like I’m reading from a script from 1987.

I'll get to know you a little...how you met, what makes you laugh, the weird little things you love about each other and the stories your mates and family will inevitably bring up when given half a chance.  I'll then script your ceremony so it feels like your story and your relationship infront of your people.

I proper love a good celebration, but I also know that standing up in front of everyone you know and declaring your love can feel like a fairly big deal!  My job is to make you feel comfortable, keep things relaxed, have a laugh when we can and make sure the important stuff is done properly.

There will be happy tears. There will probably be a few laughs. There will definitely be paperwork because apparently the government likes to get involved but most importantly, there’ll be a ceremony that sounds like you.
