Hi, my name is Ian Raffan and I’m a Commonwealth appointed Authorised Marriage Celebrant.

I am also a Justice of the Peace (NSW) with a background in finance and administration.

My experience over many years in public life has included being an elected councillor and mayor of a NSW municipal council, involvement within many community organisations and committees and as part of rostrum (a public speaking forum). These, together with life experiences has me well equipped to offer an excellent range of services, advice and assistance to preparing and delivering the most loving and professional marriage ceremony.
