I’m a modern, relaxed male celebrant with warmth, humour and sincerity. Based in the Blue Mountains – 90 mins from Sydney.
I became a celebrant because I believe I offer something different – crafting individual and beautifully worded ceremonies for my clients that are presented with good taste, good humour and a real sense of occasion. I have wide life experience, and am an acting graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art with performance and directing skills. I also have a BA in English and have been a professional journalist and presenter. I have the performance skills to deliver a great ceremony, the life experience to make it warm and sincere, and the sensitivity to make it an experience to remember.
I welcome all couples, and understand and respect the diversity of experience that makes up this lucky country.
The marriage equality vote inspired my journey to become a celebrant for everyone.

Dennis prepared a fantastic ceremony and was wonderfully collaborative and flexible in incorporating our requests to make it as much fun as it could be while maintaining the essentials, his attitude and energy towards the day and his commitment to making it the best it could be were greatly appreciated, and no doubt in our minds, helped comfort us.
Dennis was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in guiding our vows and providing welcomed advice throughout the whole lead up. Covid meant the day needed to be flexible and fluid and Dennis sure embodied that flexibility with little fuss even when we dropped a big change on him hours before the wedding, this is proof that he understands the anxieties and is willing to be as flexible as possible.
We have no doubt that Dennis helped us make our day the magical and fun day that it was. Forever grateful and thankful for Dennis.
